Frost this morning, all Tee Times canceled until 8:30.
Obviously our 7:30 time was DOA.

40* this morning and sunny.  Its pretty breezy, the weather station on the top of the garage is showing 15 - 20 mph, peak so far has been 27.  I was outside for a few minutes and it sure felt colder than 40!

Much needed rain, and lots of it, here in Yuma, AZ.  Woke up to some serious thunder claps last night (~0200) and it's been raining steady ever since.  I'm told that an inch of rainfall is roughly equivalent to 4 inches of irrigation water - mostly due to mineral content.  No doubt the course superintendents will be happy.  My wife is thrilled because heavy rains expose new findings for rockhounds - she'll no doubt want to head to a couple of our favorite areas.

How it didn't last to any flash flooding issues. Those drier places can flood fast when it rains like that.

NOAA issued warnings for flash floods which is fairly common with rain events.  The washes we hunt for rocks and petrified wood can turn into raging messes in short order.

Yeah I have heard stories of how quickly they can turn especially if the ground is very hard and didn't really absorb any water.

Agreed!  COVID-19 screwed me again.  I was supposed to be in Palm Springs in the middle of my winter golf holiday.  Instead, I'm home, it's 30º partly sunny and watching LPGA in Florida, PGA in La Quinta CA, and Seniors is Hawaii.

Finally got a half way decent freeze here this morning. Its way too early for all the weeds and moss popping up.

Played the back nine this morning and was 1st one off again with my same threesome (me, myself, and I).  Started at 39* with a little frost on the longer grass in the low lying areas, and 45* when finishing.  Pic is looking into #15 from the fairway (which I managed to hit the middle) with my G400 Max.  Any day that begins with golf, has gotten off to a good start !

18º clear and cold this morning.  We had a 2 hour frost delay.  Tomorrow it's supposed to be low 27º in the morning so another delay which isn't good.  As the day goes on, chance of rain increases and snow predicted for 4pm.  Shouldn't stick around very long; we get very small flakes normally and Monday is supposed to be sunny and 40º.

19* this morning.  That might be the coldest we have had so far, I even had to put shoes on to fill the outside cat bowls on the deck!    High today of 32.  But it is sunny out so at least we got that goin for us!    It stayed pretty windy yesterday, steady 20mph with a couple gusts that hit 30.  It was too cold to do much outside.

33* overnight as some clouds rolled in and kept the temp up.  Cloudy today as we wait for the slop to roll in.  Rain, sleet and snow mix overnight into tomorrow.

It’s actually going to hit 70* today, but more rain, like it has for sometime now. I’m ready to hit outside!!!

32 this morning and the slop has started.  We had a light dusting of snow last night followed by a little sleet and now we have drizzly freezing rain.  We are supposed to hit 40 so it should melt off before the trees get heavy with ice.

We got what I guess was a couple inches of snow at my place here in Keizer. Kind of a big deal as we just dont see the snow on the valley floor like we used to.

We were only forecast to get 1-2" of the white stuff overnight, we ended up with 6". That was a joy to shovel at 5:30am so my wife could get to work. I didn't want to be that terrible neighbor who fires up the snowblower that early, so I shoveled it all. At least I got a bit of a workout in!

It started snowing on Sunday here after we got off the course, and it snowed all night long into the mid-morning on Monday... we got an inch!  The course still hasn't opened.  I thought we might be able to play today, but we got another dusting last night.  It's supposed to be in the 50's today... sunny; maybe it will open in the afternoon.

22 this morning and windy.  Steady at 20mph with the highest gust on the weather station at 30.  I even put pants on when i took the dog out!  The snow you guys had out west of us is supposed to get here in a couple days.

Crazy freakin weather here. Woke up to 15 degrees and now up to a balmy 18. Looks poor for the next week or so. I guess it's time to crank up the simulator.

Alot more than us! we only got 2".

Freezing today! so cold I had to bring the clubs back inside to stay warm! Cannot complain since we have been so mild but this next week is looking rough! Our snow plow vendor put out their review for our monday storm....8"-12" over possibly 40 hours....yikes
