Weather in your neck of the woods?

Maybe golf is off tomorrow. Weird storm for this time of year in Scotland. Nov usually temperate and not many storms. If we do get storm winds they usually come in off the Atlantic S to SW this one N/NW.

Drive on the 1st will be 350yds and on the 2nd 80yds.

Low forties with intermittent drizzle.

Not quite bad enough to truncate the dog's walk, but bad enough to not enjoy it very much.

Standard weather for DFW area this week.  We peaked at a little over 80 yesterday.  Today's high should is only around 60 with a good north wind.

Callaway Driver, 4 and 7 fairways.  Mizuno 923 Hot Metal 6-LW.  A friend told me my swing is as smooth as Tennessee Whiskey.  If so, I often think it may have come out of the barrel to soon.

I'll second that notion. The part of these I live in rarely gets snow and we can play pretty much all year. I say that and the weather here has been pretty bad this weekend. It was 62 and storming when I got up this morning. There were warnings out about severe wind gusts, thankfully it wasn't too bad.

Nothing wrong with Tennessee!!  We gave that a thought a while back.

Crappy two weekends in a row. Poured yesterday and today it was cold. Didn't warm up to 45 degrees until 3:30. Then it was to late anyway. But you know the weather is supposed to be nice and mid 60's during the week while I'm working! Mother nature can be cruel.

And why does the sun come out at 3:50 when its going to set at 5:19.  Not enough time to even get to the course and play 9. And I don't even know why I'm complaining. I have a simulator in the basement. But I am enjoying watching the PNC Championship.

It's been wet here the last couple of weekends, too. I have had one day when I've been able to even get outside and swing a club. Work has been busy, working overtime to try to hit the yearly target before we go on shutdown for two weeks. I'm hoping the weather cooperates while I'm off so I can get out and practice and play.

Got up a little after 6, took the dog out and was pleasantly surprised at the 49* temp.  I was thinking it may warm up for a real comfortable 9 holes this afternoon.  Did some inside chores and went to get something out of the truck about 10 minutes ago after a little rain rolled through and we dropped about 10* in the last 2 hours 😒.

Currently sitting at 39* and still a little drippy.  I might only be hitting balls into the net this afternoon.  😫

Showers since last night... just started snowing!  Supposed to snow until 3pm Monday... maybe 3"... and my car battery died.  It's 7.5 years old, so guess it's time.  Of course, it's a "special" battery!!  😬

we had rude awakening after moving to FL, batteries only last 4+ years due to the heat!

Sounds like my 1st VW Beetle (62) when my floor rotted out and battery fell on the road.  Cut a couple boards placed them across the rot and put battery on boards.  Teenage ingenuity.

My buddies "borrowed' street signs to cover the holes and then put a floor mat over them to hide the signs. I always had a better car so no floor rot for me.

40*F now, teeing off in an hour-and-a-half. Will get into the 50’s with almost no wind, not bad. Wore shorts & a polo last Friday. In case I played badly Friday, I planned to text my buddies in Chicago saying “didn’t play well today, too hot…” 😁
