You boys freezing ya arse off and I just finish cutting my yard.     Taking a break and then getting the hose out and spraying the pollen (yellow stuff) off our back porch .     Sent from my

Our home in CT had central air and we used it for maybe 3-4 weeks a year.

Central air comes on here in May sometime and runs until October.  Usually we can shut it off at night around 10pm and open windows, but we have already had nights where it ran all night long.  Some nights in July and August nighttime temps get down to 90º.   🌞 hot, hot, hot!!

It's in the 90s and I have a new guy on the engine tomorrow. Our department has a contractual range that we cannot train in temps greater than 90. Guess we have to get out early to get the guy some training.

Gotta love that dry heat.
We hit 93 yesterday with heat index of about 103 I think.
It's just crazy how the humidity sucks the energy out of you.

Heat index is going to be 109 today. Local course is offering $35 for all you can play with a cart due to the heat/humidity, it's tempting but I'm not gonna risk it.

Take it easy mate. I'm a walker but I'll be riding today. Heat index here is supposed to be around 104°.
