I’d take 91. Virginia is hovering around 100 with lots of humidity

I've been in VA for 20+ years now. The other day a buddy asked "Doesn't this heat and humidity bother you?" I laughed and told him I grew up in SC, without air conditioning for years. I'd rather sweat any day than freeze my butt off - the Army taught me that much.

My son and I mainly play in the late afternoon. This time of year, the course is usually deserted in the late afternoon. We can tee off at 4:30ish and get 18 done in under 3 hours.

Yesterday was 101 with the heat index so I stayed inside. Today's a lot nicer, I'll head out onto the deck to work for a little bit. This weekend's looking nice, Sunday is my son's middle school graduation celebration with our immediate family only (we'll be outdoors the entire time) so I'm hoping to see if I can find a partner or two so I can get in a round on Saturday.

I walked 18 on Sunday in Atlanta. Teed off at 11:45 with a real feel of 104 degrees. Going to get back out there tomorrow afternoon and it'll only feel like 97. Can't wait for a 'Chilly' Summer round in Atlanta.

Been in the 90's for a week now. Been playing at 8am to beat part of the heat. Good through the front nine, by the back it's getting hot.  Hands start to sweat, can't keep the grips dry. Go through two gloves a round. If I could only figure out how to wash the gloves without drying into a  piece of rawhide!😂

We had a pretty severe thunderstorm last night, just as we were making the turn.  Today hot humid and 91 but feels like 101*!  Another chance of thunderstorms tonight so pickleball may not happen...

Yep, we would visit my MIL @ the Leesburg Plantations in Fl (down the street from you) and that's where my wife discovered pickleball.  Brought it back up here to MD.  Just recently had two tennis courts painted with pickleball lines.  I still don't know the all the rules, but we play maybe 2-3 a week.  We have a group of people now so we can keep two courts full.  Just had a young kid join.  He just came up from Fl to work for the "government," LOL.  The temp just shot up 10* while sitting on my deck working.  Might be time to head into the AC.

Yup, played the Plantation many times years ago. Looked like a nice place to live.

Seriously went from sunny to downpour.

You could feel it coming though. I went outside with my driver to make some swings and head and shaft immediate started to get condensate on it.

At least in FL you can see them coming from miles away, in NE they lie in wait just over the mountain or ridge and sneak up on you when you’re playing well.
