Social Media Accounts

I almost never use these accounts but I suppose that was about to change anyway with this Honma test coming up.  I've bascially used Twitter to follow POTUS, Instagram to see Paige (ha ha).  YouTube for Shiels, Crossfield, TXG, MeandMyGolf, Facebook to follow some others and get tagged by my wife in pics of our kids...

I’m with the other naysayers, most of these ‘services’ are a black hole of hate and uselessness.  Even my own mother became too much to bear.

 I watch YouTube for music and golf entertainment.  Pick up on some other interesting stuff like the tiny house movement.  

Sad that the world thinks they need to spew they thoughts into public.  Check Proverbs for wisdom in keeping your mouth shut.  One of my favorites is Proverbs 17:28 NIV

I try to keep all my social media accounts close to the same name, some versions of strawberryshortcake sometimes with .bev my kids picked the name and I don't care enough to worry about the name of my media accounts.

We had a guy back in the day that hung around the race track and the golf course his last name was the same as yours but I think he had a second n on the end. We always called him Wildman. This guy did not drive or mechanic a race car or play golf but bet on stuff. He was also one heck of a pool player too. He used to back me in some big money games

My personal handles for Insta and Twitter are private though ... I work in the finance industry and our social media is monitored. 

May eventually create a golf handle for Insta.

I do not use social media unless you count golf site forums and TCM's discussion forum. I know; "OK Boomer"! People tell me I'm missing out on staying connected with old friends and family, but I just cannot make myself join. I'm retired and have plenty of time. I would just rather spend my time playing golf, working in my yard, reading or watching TV. All of the people I really care about have my email address and my iphone number. I'm fine with communicating using those two methods. No offence to those who like social media. It just doesn't appeal to me.

Today is day 1 of my social detox.  I'm over the constant negativity.  I'll hang out around here and The Cameron Collector... other than that I have no use for that type of energy
