hckymeyer
I know plenty of guys that will buy a club and start gaming it without even taking the stickers off the shaft. Even with a used club that looks like the store was going for a Nascar them with how many stickers are on the shaft. That's not me. I like to change things up and customize the aesthetic. For some reason I feel like I need to make the club "mine". It's usually changing the ferrules and grips to blue. I'll make a putter shaft black and change the grip. I'll re-do the paint fill and make it unique. Just something so it doesn't look like every other club at the course. So vote in the poll and post what types of changes you guys make to your clubs, or if you go straight from the rack to the course there's an option for that too. Liberty Ball Markers
No stickers here - not even shaft bands... I like to keep all my grips the same, so that's an immediate change as well. Oh yeah - all black paint fill is a must. PlaidJacket
I've paint filled my iron numbers. I also have a Rocket Tour knit head cover for my driver if that counts. No stickers! I do place a Pin High - name and Ph.# label just below the grip on each shaft but they are hardly noticeable and not distracting. Joey East Coast
No stickers for sure. Grip change is more for feel than looks. Gotta have the oversize to keep my hands calm. Golfspy_CG2
I voted no, but I see a lot of people voted for changing the grips. As I have I never bought a set of irons off the rack, I've always ordered the grips per my prefrece. So i don't really consider that chanaging it. I'm not into paint-fills myself, but I've seen some from others that have come out really sharp looking. cnosil
If you want to go a little crazy on the shaft coloring there are companies that offer golf shaft skins. Look at Shaftwraps.com. EthanSterlingPrice
I'll take off barcodes and stuff like that and maybe redo the paint fill but after that I'm good to go.
