Contact info labels for clubs

Any recommendations on where to get id/contact information labels you can put on individual clubs? TIA

Couldn't you just use clear return address labels and print them yourself?  Then put on vertically just below the grip on the back side of the shaft and you wouldn't see anything at address.

Maybe, but I was assuming the foil Labels would stay on better. I may go buy a label maker and see if that works
