Ok guys the way I am going to approach this initial trial is as follows,

In order to show you where I am up to I will be supplying you all of my current 6

Vision designs so you can see what the story is so far.

Vision - Designed to be Seen.

Cheers, Boz.

Boz, make it easier on yourself. Just send the ball that takes one shot off each nine.

Have fun guys. It is really enjoyable taking out the different balls & learning how differently they react to your swing. My regular playing partner & myself both play all the time now with the Vision balls but we use totally different models. His swing is much slower than mine & he does not have my length but we both managed to find a ball that suits our game & helps us to improve our shotmaking.

62 shot at the Bridgestone international with a Orange Ball. Is this the Future of Golf?

My guess is Katsumasa Miyamoto because he has the only 62 of the week (although my glance at the leader board was quick, I could have missed someone).

I had read somewhere that it was an orange Bridgestone TourStage? I could be mistaken?

Hi Guys, yes a Tour Stage it was probably the X-01 model as used in Hawai earlier this

year at the start of the US PGA tour. There are Yellow/Orange/Green and Pink balls being

played on tour in Japn at present with quality coloured balls accounting for almost 30%

of total ball sales this year.

Hey Manavas, No I won't be at the shows. My main aim at this stage of my brand development

is to build US market awareness of my designs and approach whilst I look to find the right

partner / distributer that has a proper pathway for me to fit into with my product line.

Because of the softness in the US golf and wider economy I am in no real rush to just push

my product out into the market without a proper level of player demand.

Talk more later,

Boz.

Very wise of you. I suspect Asia will be the big growth market in the future and somewhat easier to penetrate. American golfers have an inexplicable desire to play whatever dominates the PGA Tour. I participate in both a fun (hacker-dominated) league and competitive league and primarily play the local muny/public circuit. The number of double-digit handicappers I see playing clubs and balls totally unsuited for their game because they have the "#1 Driver on Tour" is hilarious. Some nitwit who can't break 80 at a glorified pitch and putt course puts them on a low-budget monitor at the big box store and has them swinging a club/set they cannot possibly hit. A ball recommendation or funnier "fitting" basically involves which rep brought best lunch to the "seminar" conducted for the employees.

FYI, your current USA distributor sucks. I could not order a dozen directly on-line and an e-mail was not returned. When you click the link to their site, there is not one word about Vision, and one needs to download the entire catalog and scroll down about 40 pages just to find out they have any association with you, and there was no link to ordering info.

Hi Ph, Thanks for your thoughts as it mirrors my understanding of the overall

situation which is similar here in Oz making it way harder to get going then

I thought it would be.

Yes I understand your thoughts on what has been my distrubution pathway. I too

feel let down by the lack of support but hey another lesson in life which at this

stage is ok but I will be trying to set-up a local USA golf webstore with product so

they can more easily supply players (than me) whilst I keep an eye out for the right

next US partner.

Dave at Slickstix.com has been a good supporter through the past 2 years and has

some of the balls but not all the updated ones yet, as I am working through some

stuff/issues first before moving on.

Cheers,

Boz.

Thanks Blaine, Appreciate the support.

Just had my Dad in to talk about the challenges we have faced

during these past years and especially the notion of Tour

validation being required to make a brand viable.

Yet we both agreed that Tour players play a different game to

the rest of the golfing population with totally different

performance requirements.

So what may work for a Pro is not really going to be the best

solution for most other regular players looking to play better

golf. Which from where we stand is what can make golf both a fun

and exciting experience, no matter what your current handicap level is.

Cheers, Boz.

Hi Guys, ok we ran into a little hiccup getting things sorted

but the plan is to supply the lucky first 6 players as listed

below by early next week.

Once I get a handle on how this has gone and the costs etc I

will organise the balance of the packs to be sorted.

Thanks in advance for your patience as I didn't want to put

to much extra work into MGS hands with the new babe and family

commitments that he has going on at the moment.

Grats guys!!! get those reviews up, and some pictures. Boz, you should have a little contest, the best picture on the course, with your ball visable, wins an extra sleeve or something.

Or best Avatar with the use of Yellow being the key,,,,,JB you would go close

to a win there. :D Good idea though, what say I make up 3 Vision VTPP team

polo shirts for the most creative Vision in picture images in their reviews??

I will do it after we see what we have and I can then get correct sizes etc.....

The XL glove guys, I will be including gloves in my large size to see how they

do or don't fit and so you can get atleast an idea of my design and what

it looks like.

This has got to be some fun so please don't get streessed about your reviews, thoughts etc

as I am looking for an informal judgement on the story I present in the main.

I know the balls will be interesting but as my local TP's know I am very active in improving

the designs through this type of player input and I still have plenty of work to do.

Cheers, Boz.
