Anyone Use The Joey D Videos?

My PT suggested I might want to give it a look. She thinks it could help me get where I want yo be from a physical and flexibility standpoint after my PT is done.

 

I looked at it briefly a year or so ago and at the time wondered if it was too advanced for me. She said she didn't think so at all based on working with me for a month now on a shoulder issue.

 

She is a golfer as well. Which is one of the things I like about her.

I haven't used it but I've heard of it and took another look now that you brought it up. It's probably pretty good I'd imagine.

Personally I have and use (not near enough) the Roger Frederick's stretching program. I have the 3 dvd set and wall poster thing. $60.

 

Maybe I'll stretch a bit this morning.

Thanks Plaid..  I had looked at the Roger Fredericks before and almost ordered it, I still get his emails as well.      I've been pretty busy the past couple days and haven't had a chance to really look at the Joey D series again, but will take another look at it.
