I just joined 5 minutes ago.

 

Been plowing this morning. Thinking of golf drinking a beer.

I'm in Glastonbury. Also, been playing at the renovated Keney Park Golf Course the past two seasons, in the men's club. Have you played it? Such a fun track (tract?).

I have not. We moved away from CT in 1989. I grew up in North Haven and moved to Weston when I was 12. I live in Florida now and don't get up North very often. Even when I do it's generally to the Midwest.

Currently testing Edison wedges to replace SCORS that are wearing out. Also auditions for the 14th spot in the bag.  Current possibilities are a Ping 26 degree hybrid - duplicates the 9 wood or 5 iron but would be used almost exclusively for chipping or Tour Exotics 3 wood simply because you can carry 14 clubs and I might occasionally hit it in certain unusual wind conditions once every four or five rounds.

Welcome, we're originally from Meriden/Wallingford/Middlefield area. Moved to Florida 5 years ago. Never moving back.

 

Your going to enjoy this site, lots going on.

 

We played mostly Hunter in Meriden, Blackhall Old Lyme, Chippanee Bristol, TPC Cromwell, Wallingford CC. and anywhere that would have us.
