Rob Wedge
So after taking some time of due to new kids and life getting in the way, I've decided to take consistent lessons until the new NJ season instead of just buying new equipment like I use to. Lesson today http://v1sms.s3.amazonaws.com/170117141139ILYE1172088.mp4 Half hour lesson and finally making consistent clean contact. Went out and hit a small bucket afterwards and hit 100% ball first every time. Felt great for the first time in years! Lessons every 2 weeks and will update as I go. Rob Wedge
2 hours at the range yesterday, hour hitting balls and an hour chipping and putting. Contact is really good, no more beaver tails! New rotation even helped with chipping tremendous which was a nice surprise. Rob Wedge
Hour on the range, 9 holes played and another hour on the range. Loving hitting crisp irons again. Shot 44 for nine in the rain in running shoes and jeans. Wasn't planning on playing nine but was hitting them so well I had to get out there. Video below shows a sand green on the range which is 153 out. Old swing I needed a 7 iron, now nailing it with and 8. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=evTPhOk899E Driver - Cleveland Hi-Bore 10.5 (TaylorMade M1 10.5 on the way) 3 Wood - Currently looking Hybrid - 913H 17* 21* Irons - 714 AP1 5-AW Wedges - Miura 53*, 58* Putter - Peritti

Rob Wedge
Got a round in with JLukes today. My one goal was solid center face contact and not worrying about where the ball went. Ended up shooting 89 with some very solid shots. No double bogies was my other goal and succeeded at that! Feel pretty good about this year coming up and have another lesson tomorrow to work on my driving. Rob Wedge
You were definitely making some solid contact - just need to keep working with your instructor and squaring that face up and youll be golden Well had a lesson today for this and he figured it out in about 2 minutes. I wasn't rotating my lower body through at all it seems. Video below shows before on the left and after on the right. This was keeping me from making much power and also from my hands rotating over. Another thing this was causing was my loft to increase, thus my really high shot trajectory. Went to the range afterwords and it made a WORLD of difference. Nice straight penetrating flight, distance increase and I can finally keep away from the right side. Actually have more of a draw now then anything. Finally felt good to crush my driver again without worrying about it going right. http://www.v1sports.com/Academy/include/player.asp?AcademyID=5010&SwingID=3185470 Driver - Cleveland Hi-Bore 10.5 (TaylorMade M1 10.5 on the way) 3 Wood - Currently looking Hybrid - 913H 17* 21* Irons - 714 AP1 5-AW Wedges - Miura 53*, 58* Putter - Peritti
