Has it been bad? I don’t hit 93 (unless I’m going to pga superstore). 495/95/90 have been clear luckily. Daughter ok? Daughter ok? My daughter's fine, thanks for asking. I appreciate that. Minor issue she has that results in a very short yearly procedure. 93 was pretty crappy to my surprise because I figured it would be clear. Anyways, apologies for clogging up the thread. Hope you guys have fun and hit 'em well. 1 Quote In my carry bag: Mavrik Max 10.5* R Flex Evenflow RipTide Hy-Wood Launcher 5h D7 6i-GW CBX 54* & 58* Huntington Beach #10 e12 Contact
tony@CIC
Oh crocodile tears. I always chuckle when east coast dwellers grumble about long drives. Heck, in the time it takes me to drive to one course, I'd have crossed a state line back there Anyway, really liking these meet-up threads! The two PNW events we've held have been a gas, you know, skookum .Since you don't mind long drives we'll have an Ohio outing Sept 12. We'll save you 50% of your driving to Mass. capifico22
I'm over in Watertown, MA- usually play Newton Commonwealth. If anyone hears of any tournaments happening in the area, might be a good spot to send a notification? 1 Quote hi
RI_Redneck
Hey Ya'll! I'm a transplanted Texan living in northern RI and working in Norwood, MA. Cold weather has kind of squashed things till spring, but once that gets here, let's do something to celebrate the end of the COVID plague (providing it's ended with these vaccines). russtopherb
Acushnet and Whaling City were both in pretty good shape when I played them late last month. Allendale looks really nice when I drive by it daily. They just did a lot of work on some of the fairways late in the season and from what I hear they're playing great, but the greens are ridiculously fast. 2 Quote In my carry bag: Mavrik Max 10.5* R Flex Evenflow RipTide Hy-Wood Launcher 5h D7 6i-GW CBX 54* & 58* Huntington Beach #10 e12 Contact
StrokerAce
It's hard to find a public course that stays open year round; there are only a handful around me. Last year I played Stone E Lea a few times in Jan/Feb. I was pretty much the only one out there and the ground was more-or-less frozen but I was golfing in winter in New England. Imp
Played North Kingstown on Monday. Was in pretty good condition, but just a tad wet (and because of that was walking only). --kC 1 Quote Mixed bag... Quite sad to see that course in that condition. Edited December 31, 2020 by Imp 1 Quote Mixed bag... Wedgie
Have the fairways returned to being green yet? I played there in Sept and there wasn't green grass to be found on any fairway. Quite sad to see that course in that condition. They are about halfway there. Pissed a lot of members off as it should and lead to a ton of guys leaving mid year. I enjoyed the 80 yards of roll I was getting off the tees but if they don’t get it back to where it should be it will be a real disappointment.Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy Quote Wedgie Driver - XXIO X Driver 9.5 - Launcher Turbo 2 hybrid - F9 One Length 3-L - ER 1.2 Top Flite Gamer Play Right
