MGoBlue100
So it's regrip time. I think I'll scrub 'em up tomorrow, and they'll do for a couple more weeks, but they've lived their useful life. I'm playing Lamkin REL 3 Gen currently, and I LOVE THEM!! I know I could find a set of these, probably pretty inexpensively, but wonder who's playing what, and why. Hit me up with your recommendations. It's like a grip review thread. Hey.... that's a GOOD idea! "Where'd it go?" "Right in the Lumberyard..." silver & black
I'm playing Golf Pride Duel Compound. I like them, but they don't have much durability. Two years and they are trash. I'm going to try Pure Grip for the upcoming season.

Liberty Ball Markers
I have used the Lamkin REL 3GEN 360 grips for quite some time and love them. hckymeyer
I've been using PURE for 3+ seasons now. I love them. If you prefer to install them traditionally with tape and solvent you can absolutely do that. I play the PURE Pro grip and have no complaints. They hold up well, stay grippy and seem to last longer than any Lamkin grip I've played. Personally I do install them with air. I like to build them up a little so I use a standard size grip, then put down 4 wraps of blue painters tape. Then just blow them on with the air compressor. I do have have one of their tools and it works well. I also used to install them with just a regular air gun attachment with a metal tip, that also worked very well. The only reason I got the tool was that a while back Amazon was clearing out grip kits for like $30. Came with 13 grips and a gun. I wouldn't have paid for one outright. @puregripsusa Those new #BirdieBlue grips looks awesome! But what am I supposed to do with my stockpile? Jiro
Using Lamkin crossline at the moment. I like the feel but may switch to something more colorful when they are ready to be replaced. In my wedges I have the stock Ben hogan grips made by Lamkin. I like the way these look but not the feel of them. These will definitely go when they are up for replacement. mega
Another Pure grip user here, DTX midsize, wanted something easy to replace without having to deal with tape and solvent as I tended to let my grips go too long. In addition to meeting this requirement, it turns out they wear better than the traditional grips have, and for someone who doesn't use a glove (unless its raining) the DTX grips work great. The only complaint I have ever had is the grips are a tad shorter then some and they don't offer any extra long versions for gripping say a wedge. For the last year plus all new custom clubs I have ordered have been ordered with a request to ship the grip loose, saves me the trouble of having to scrape the tape off and instead of destroying a brand new grip I give it to a buddy... Johnnyzen
Lamkin Crossline ACE, midsize. Always a fan of Lamkin. I don't use a glove, so these are great for me. Super tacky. Just wipe them with a damp towel to reactivate the tackiness. Midsize just because I like the feel better in my hands. bullldog
My favorite is GP Tour wrap 2G. But when it rains they are way to slippery. I have a set of Lampkin UTx Tour wrap cords. Not bad but think they wear quickly. So my go to now is GP New Decade Multi-Compound. They are a good all round grip, works well for all weather conditions. PlaidJacket
I've been using the CP2 last year or two I guess. GP bills them as the softest grip they make but I don't find them that way personally. Prior to switching to the CP2 I tried some version Winn Dri-Tac and removed them after one round.
