Haha. I am from the Northeast so I know the envy right now smile. This is why I make the pilgrimage out to AZ in the fall/winter. Trust me if you like golf it’s worth every penny!

Signature hole at Saint Pete Country club. Very similar in length and green size to 17 at TPC Sawgrass. 144 into the wind today.

Played the Castle course St Andrews today - about 41 degrees and breezy, but at least it was dry.

Played well, few birdies and a career best 4 wood of 290yards (ok it was downhill, down breeze but still gave me great satisfaction)

Greens are enormous and have been compared to Augustas slopes. Tough course for a muni

 

17th over a ravine and into a wind- full blooded 3 wood to reach today

 

 

Huge Greens- easy to 3 or 4 putt from nowhere

that looks incredible. Played the New Course last summer while in Scotland - looks like each course in the complex is a gem. Hope to get back again next year, or maybe the year after...

Overseeding closed

Played Seminole Lakes Country Club today. It’s a nice little track that used to host an LPGA event. While it’s not an overly tough course it has some tough holes the 7th being one of them. 190 over water.



Hit a very nice shot on par 3 3rd and made birdie after missing a 5 foot birdie putt on the hole prior.

A few shots from a 5 day golf trip

Who needs shoes? A mate got blisters so played the last 3 in his socks. Finished with a birdie after flushing a 225 yard 3 iron


A kangaroo decided it was there first, and we could play around it



And my only prize, for worst dressed, I think the guy who donated it and chose me thinks my dress sense is “pucked”

One of my favorite courses in Cincinnati designed by Arthur Hills. The front 9 are designed after holes on courses played in The Open Championship and the back 9 are holes designed after US Open courses. Took some pics on the back 9 today. Even have a nice 19th hole if 18 wasn't enough.
