Creative shot making around the green, bordering on stupidity thinking I'm Phil Mickleson flopping shots from just off the green. I have the previous version Ping Glide's in a 56 and 60 degree. I'd say it's a strength and weakness to go for things that tour players do but it gets me out of more jams than into more trouble, typically.

I literally just purchased 2 cleveland 588 rotex 2.0 wedges 56 & 60 degrees. Tested many and would return them if these work out. lol

I like the fact that Ping rounded/soften the leading edge (because i'm a digger) and would love to see how this would preform. Plus the chrome plating to repel water seems interesting.

Hi Ping Forum!

I'm Jeff from Woodbury, Minnesota and I'm very interested in testing and reviewing the new Ping Glide 2.0 Wedges!  I've seen these at my local Golf Galaxy and Second Swing stores and they look phenomenal!  A little about my game:

8.5 Handicap, play mostly around Twin Cities:  Chaska Town, Eagle Valley, Legends, Mpls Public Courses.

Strengths of game:  Driving, long irons, fairways.  Weaknesses:  Putting, wedges.

The set up, appearance and tech of the Ping product is very intriguing to me and I think the SS and WS grinds of these wedges would help my steep approach, especially when hitting 125 to 75 yard shots into greens which has been a real challenge to my game.  The forgiveness of Ping is a classic packaged wedge is also cool.
