Once my new Driver comes in, worth 1k to 1200 for the clubs only.

 

Which ironic bc the actual real money I spent on the clubs in the bag is prolly $370 if I remember right.

Too much.  First time in my life that I bought new clubs for most of my bag.  The only club that was not full retail was my SM5 62* wedge.   I could also use a putter or two that would change the number substantially.

My daily driver is an old rusty Buick.  I joke around with my golf buddies saying that when my clubs are in the trunk it doubles the value of my car.

OK I am the resident wheeler dealer so I think on here so here goes

 

Homna Driver--- Trade deal traded a set of 1959 Macgregor FC 4000s I got in another trade deal and a matching SN set of Izett persimmon woods found on the scrap yard

3and 5 woods traded a Scotty Cameron Newport I found on the scrap pile at work for them I had 0.15 scrap price in the Scotty

 

UTX driving iron-- My buddy Bear found it at gasp! Goodwill for 2.99 and got it he could not hit it so he gave it to me.

 

2013 Cally irons again Bear he bought them new in 13 and never liked them so I traded him a set of Endo forged TM 200s that I had $125 in.

 

Vokey GW Lord knows where I got it at I think a trade in at our golf shop. I donated it to charity 2 years ago and bought it back at another charity sale last December for $5

 

Cleveland 588 again Lord only knows I have so darn many of them when the conforming groove thing hit I picked up quite a few around for less than $5

 

Rusty Scotty Santa Fe found on the scrap pile at work scrap price again 0.15 but I did spend $7.00 on a grip and probably a buck or 2 on lead tape

 

Oh I forgot my hybrid a scrapyard find for I think 0.20 but I did put a $5 grip on it

 

My Titleist staff bag got it years ago in a package deal I had with Titleist when I played the minis never used it because it was the old style but wore the new style one out. It was still in the box and in plastic until a year or so ago.

 

Titleist stand carry bag-- Part of my Titleist deal in 09. Never used it and sold it to a buddy of mine and he used it until hurricane Matthew last year. His garage leaked when the roof blew off and the bag got wet. His homeowner's paid off and he got a Cally or TM bag, It was wet and nasty and he was going to throw it away I said no dice. I dried it out and cleaned it up. Liked it it is yellow and white and black sorta like the bag MBP designed for W/S. I use it now and laugh thinking that I sold it for I think $75 and got it back free and now using it

 

I know I am Mr Cheapo and will play anything I can hit. But if you get truthful I will say the irons go about $350 on the bay the driver used will go for at least $200 and I have been offered several times at least $100 for the rusty Scotty. The Adams fairways today Adams stuff is so cheap now both maybe $50. Wedges maybe $5 each. I could probably get $25 for the carry stand bag. The staff bag I MIGHT get $50 for no one buys those things any more. So exact dollar amount if I could get that for the stuff about $735. for me those tools are priceless

LOL me too! my daily driver is a 96 Dodge Dakota pick up that is cobbled together with junkyard parts. Scrap prices are down so it may bring $350 across the scales. Now I do have a Borla exhaust that I salvaged off of a Honda CRX on it. I actually have a JVC stereo in it with Infiniti speakers that of course I salvaged. In fact the stereo set up is worth more than the truck. Actually I got me 2 front tires off a car in the yard today since the ones on the front were 5 years old and showing cord. Might have doubled the price of it today. It is not really rusty but has patina which is cool.

 

Was in the parking lot at the Kroger across the street a couple of weeks ago was talking to an older gentleman who had a little Chiwawa or something but I love all dogs big or small. While we were talking the dog a male hiked up his leg and peed on my tire. The man was horrified. I told him relax there is nothing that dog can do to hurt this truck. The man offered to pay for me to take it to the car wash. I asked are you kidding I have owned this truck for 7 years and it has never been washed unless the Good Lord washes it with rain. I do keep the windows and lights clean. As long as it runs and gets me to work,church and the golf course safely I am ok. Now mechanical wise I do maintain it
