Love the 3 iron concept with Aldila shaft. Can you snap an extra pic of that? What's the loft after adjustment?

I will. It's spec'd at 19° I believe, same as my stock 3 iron, but I get 5-7 extra yards with it. I'll get a photo up later.

Is it wrong that the thing I like the most is the R1 head cover? I always liked that one. I don't know why.

I bought it for the Racing Stripe myself. And it just sounds fast, like the Audi R8 or the Yamaha R1.

I pull one or 2 long irons, 3 or 4 and my 60° usually. Or the hybrid comes out sometimes.

 

60° is gone for good now. Ordered those Cobra's in 53° and 57°, decided to cancel the J-15 order as the ones I wanted were back ordered.

 

Got a few more goodies coming, I'll update specs in the near future.

Seems to get the job done. It's not going anywhere, not anytime soon anyways.

 

I will say it's a bit light, need to add some weight to the head. Not sure where the swing weight is at but it's low.

Thanks! Haven't had them on course yet, and the weather isn't looking good for the near future, but I hit both of them in the back yard. The 57 is going the distance of my old 52, with a nice low ball flight that I've been missing. Stay tuned for my on course review probably in mid may.

Man, I couldn't agree more. Every so often I go back to read his NYT piece on Federer or his "Tennis, Trigonometry, Tornadoes" from a Supposedly Fun Thing. So, so good.
