WalkKnight
I want to know if there is a way to fix this?
WalkKnight
Well the driver head just randomly fell off the shaft. Didnt slide off or anything. Just snapped off.
Kkaw1988
Depends what you mean by fix it. You can put a new shaft in it. But pretty sure that shaft is shot now but maybe one of our resident club fixers/fitters could give you a different answer. In my opinion it just looks like a reason to buy something new. Sucks if it was one of your favorites though. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
SuperDave
I'm not an expert, but I believe the broken piece in the head can be extracted, but the shaft will have to be replaced. Sent from my SM-G920V using MyGolfSpy mobile app

SPY VIP GolfSpyC Posted April 10, 2017 SPY VIP Share Posted April 10, 2017 You need a new shaft. Any reputable club repair outfit can take care of removing the broken bit from the hosel.. ' Exactly - Rest of the shaft needs to be drilled out and then a new shaft can be installed.
null
What club is it? If you can't find the same shaft cheap and do the work yourself it may be worth it to just buy a new club altogether
Blacklist
Get those all the time. Not going into a lot of detail here but the quick answer is: Use an extractor and a heat gun to remove the broken shaft from the club head. If there is not enough for the extractor to dig into/grab use a small drill bit to make some holes IN THE SHAFT material (not the club head hosel) with a bit of heat it will loosen up whatever is left. Club head will be good as new again. The shaft is toast as far as a driver, but depending on the model/stiffness, and tip cutting done, you could clean it up and use in a 5 or 7 wood.
