My wife can hit her PowerBilt persimmon driver just as far as her TaylorMade!  I've tried the old clubs but never could hit those things.  That Cobra looks sweet!

PowerBilt is made by the same company that made the Louisville Slugger baseball bat.  H&B started making clubs in 1916, and PowerBilt became the name for their golf clubs in 1934.  So, they've been around for awhile.

Wording means a lot. kind of. If I am looking right this is not a persimmon this is painted to look like wood. I personally think it's ugly. If you want to make a throwback, then make a throwback. How about a real 440CC persimmon driver, now that would be cool.

Cool idea but this is not for me, I'm sure it will sell out pronto since it's a limited edition, love the tinkering nature of DeChambeau and his influence on cobra in such a short period of time.

I had a set of Tony Pennas 3,5 and driver. Golf was so simple then ! Now your club does evrrything but swing itself

The more I look at it, the more I don't like it.  Try using real persimmon.
