I have never used a shot tracking system

Currently (and for quite some time) gaming Bridgestone, Rife, Mizuno, Exotics and Cobra.

Don't use a watch

 

Use GolfLogix on iPhone for GPS, club distance and scoring.

 

This seems like a cool idea and anything to make the process easier is welcome.

I am on my second GPS watch, currently using an Approach S4.

 

I have not used shot a tracking device, I do have a GC2, it would be interesting to compare the two.

Hey there! My name is Paul and I'm a 7.8 from Los Angeles. I have not used a GPS watch in the past but I have used the GolfShot app to track my shots. I'd love to the try the Skycaddie because the shot tracking on the Golfshot app doesn't give you the information you need for improvement. I'd like some more useful data. I have used a fitness tracker in the past, but after the initial excitement wore off, it went back into the desk drawer.

I shoot over 100 generally ha

 

I use a golf gps on my phone that gives me ranges.

 

Never used a gps watch. Might be neat

 

I know what club I need to hit depending on the range. If the range is right I can mostly get it where I want it to go.

 

Would give a detailed description of my use. I golf once a week.

This is Mark, a professional club fitter and club builder from the Pittsburgh area; current home USGA index is 1.5 (2016), winter handicap in Florida is 6.1; have used a Garmin Approach S1 GPS watch for several years now (very simple and easy to use), backed up by a Callaway/Nikon Laser Rangefinder; never used any shot tracking.
