Has anyone else heard of using or used Wesley Bleche-wite to clean and restore grips?? 

 

This stuff does a great job, restoring tackiness to older clubs.. No it will not work wonders on really old dry hard grips but normal year or two old grips does a great job..

I use a rag spray on the rag and then wipe them.. I try to do it every 3-4 rounds but I've had my bottle for year, year and a half now.. doesn't take much..

Does the product have bleach and do you notice any long term deterioration of the grips?

I am not sure about the contents - it doesn't smell like bleach at all...

 

I have used this a lot (once a month or more) and change grips every winter. No noticeable deterioration for me.

I use it on white grips. Use purple power on the other color rubber grips. Just make sure to wash with dawn after to get the chemical off so it doesn't get on your hands. Nothing works better than a tire cleaner on grips.

 

Course using leather, I just wipe with mild soap and water and good as new

So I bought a bottle today and tried it on my grip right and super stroke grips. Didn't bring them back to like new white. But did clean them up. They were really bad - starting to turn my glove black. Interestingly the grip right were whiter than the super stroke.

On leather I use glove oil...

I don't want to remove the tack. Pro Tack is broken down by leather oils. Better off with mild soap and water. And older leather, a quick wipe with naptha. The newer leather, though, is just soap and water

Nice to know what is being used.

 

I've only used hot water and a club glove microfiber towel.

Driver - 44.5" 5.0 flex 10.5 deg Graphite Design XC 6S GP MCC4+ 1 deg closed

Irons - 5-pw, GW stnd length 5.0 flex same grip 1 deg flat. Type low medium offset cavity back, no diggers

Wedges - 56 and 60 tour grind wedge spinner and mcc4+ grip 2 flat 10 and 8 in bounce

Putter - Makefield VS LH

Ball - truvis

Carried in a Sun Mountain C-130 USA bag - BE PROUD.

HC - LH but 85 is a good number, playing in Ohio.
