Training Aids For us over 50's types!

Recommended Posts

I found this article in "age defying golf website" for great training aids for everyone but, especially for the over 50's like myself!!

It covers the Orange Whip & the Gold Flex and the many different things they can help us with.  I bought the Orange Whip last year and shortly after I got it my game started improving, part of it was a grip change but, I think the whip has helped a lot too.

Anyway, if you are looking for a good article to read, check this out.

Orange Whip is a bit expensive. Any other similar tools at a cheaper price. I have seen many people using it? Is it different from the one SKLZ has? I am thinking about buying it but I usually warm up with couple of irons. But heard some really great reviews about orange Whip. Any suggestions??

Orange whip has better balance IMO than the SKLZ swing trainer or similar ones. Just swings better.

I also find that Advil is a great training aide these days :)
