I'd say PXG because they're so arrogant...but I must admit I've never tried them; I just don't like their attitude.

It's too bad because I'm a Marine Corps vet so I know what the numeric values mean like 0311...

I tried a 0311 7 iron a while back and the feel was like melted buttery awesomeness but there is no way I'm going to spend that amount of money on a set irons.

I've got a mental block with Titleist stuff. Played a rental set of AP2s OK in Kapalua, but never since had much success.

Titleist

Have had a couple of their drivers and fairway woods, just didn't like them at all. Haven't tried their irons, just don't like the way they look/setup.

Also count me in as not a fan of project X shafts.

Ping, other than putters haven't hit a club I liked since eye 2's. Had my eye 2's stolen and replaced with eye 2 +'s, just weren't the same.

You should try the 917 FW and 816 H1 hybrids. I used to feel exactly the same as you. But they are the easiest FW and Hybrids I've ever hit.

I can't say I have had a problem with any one particular brand.
Only problem I have is being left handed trying out equipment is difficult. Not a lot of lefty love off the rack.

TaylorMade Irons kick my tail. Callaway and ping wedges don't seem to fit very well either.

Can I say hybrids in general? Comedy of truth there, in all seriousness though I'd have to say Ping in general and it's solely me. None of their offerings have really caught my eye.

Now your just bragging(the Kapalua part)

I played Project X shafts for a while, and they stirred up some elbow issues for me.

Glad I'm not the only one against PING...

I used to dislike PX shafts as well, so started with KBS... and now I'm back to PX and love them! LOL

With an unlimited budget to make the best club possible I'd be shocked if they didn't feel like you said....but I agree with you; I'd never spend that amount of $$$ on a club or a set of clubs.
