Best looking irons

If you are like me you like looking at and reading about new irons but don't necessarily get to demo all of them. So I'll throw out a question based purely on aesthetics without considering what is necessarily best for your game.

What is your favorite looking iron right now (current models only)? Let's break it down by category: blade/MB, Players, GI/SGI.

 

I'll get it started:

For MB I'll go with Mizuno MP-5

For Players I'll go Srixon Z765

For GI I'll go Bridgestone JGR CB forged

 

(Yeah, I like the Japanese styles I guess).

I really like the 716 MB's and CB's. I can't stand the look of GI irons. But since all of the clubs now a days are "game improvement" irons... I'll go with:

 

Ping iBlade for players/MB it's a twofer, I love the minimal branding.

 

Titleist AP1's for GI... I guess.

I love the cobra blades (amp cell pro to the new king pro) but have to say the whole mizuno jpx 900 range ticks all the boxes for me from players to gi Irons look great

I like the Hogans. Just can't get past the angle vs. 5i ,6i. Just me.

Last throwback thread for today.

I would say my rusty 659s, but that would be a lie. I love them however they are not the best looking. 

There are so many options and truly a dog fight for what is the best. For 2023 the new Cobra line is likely going to get my vote, with the Titleist T-100 and T-100s be right there with them. Of course the Mizuno Pro series is stellar... ahh just too many to pick from.

Irons just don't do too much for me.   To my eye, unless I am switching between players, GI, and SGI they all look basically the same.  Subtle differences yes,  but not enough to make me think one is superior to another until you look at the cavity and then I want a simple basic cavity back.    I guess that is why I like my irons

I do not possess the skills to use them, and I may be biased with the irons, but I really like the looks of the Mizuno 223 irons. Can’t even really explain why, they just look good to my eye. A close second would be the Titleist T100.

I love Mizuno, used to have some MX-20's and they were smooth! The 223's are beautiful. I'm currently gaming the 716 AP2's and recently tested the T100's. I was not impressed with how they felt at all. I hope Titleist redesigns them as I've had other friends complain about the feel of them as well.

I love black irons

Something about ping i series just seems classic up me. 

The new Titleist 100 and 150 are as close to perfection as possible.

Fully agree with your eye on black irons (usually always get my wedges in black) and the Titleist irons. I have always liked the way the player and player distance Titleist look. Funny I haven’t played them in over a decade.
