Favorite on course lingo

I was just thinking about this a bit ago as I was watching a YouTube video for really bad pga tour shots. Anyway, what are some of your favorite on course sayings you've heard or thought up yourself?

 

1. The Cutter and Buck special (for a hard fade)

2. Thinsy Lohands (for a thin shot)

3. Landed like a butterfly with sore feet

 

I'm looking forward to some very entertaining sayings....

Anyway, after leaving an important putt short, I will often hear, "Meow!" Just cold. And funny.

lol thanks partner.   Most of my stuff, comes off the cuff....  

 

 

You ever hit a smoking drive and ya partner hollers out, "That dawg will hunt"!

 

Or maybe you hit a great short within a few inches of the hole and someone says, "that ball is tighter than a tic on a Georgia hound!?

 

Just a couple tonight although I have more of these than a litter bearing beagle hound has pups.

Yea we have a similar one, even a blind hog finds an acorn now and then.

After a "digger" fats an iron shot, I have been known to say... "Nice beaver distance though."

A hate hitting an Arafat---it's ugly and ends up buried in the sand.

 

When one hits the green but a long ways from the hole--you're dancing but its a long song with an ugly woman.

Condom Shot (a shot that doesn't feel good but gets the job done)

Bite!!!  (when someone blades an iron shot into the green)

Vag (used to play with a guy that would say this when someone hit a put short)

He gambled ( when someone hits a bad shot and barely makes it over a hazzard)

How about when someone's putt is just a hair short.   That putt was like a South American country, it just needed one more revolution.

When you have a hole where each shot was awful to the green but then you sink a long putt for par or chip in for par or better.

There is a gent that plays with us regularly that has a tendency to pass a little gas when he swings. I never thought anything about it until on a tee box, he reaches back for a drive, and lets a loud fart rip as part of the swing and his long time friend and cart mate yells out:

"Nice Out!"

I about peed myself with laughter.

Around the middle of the back nine, a bud of mine says, "I don't know why but I just can't seem to get in the hole today".   So I said--hopefully your wife ain't horney tonight.  

 

Or when someone complains about the pin locations being difficult, just say- hopefully the next time we play this course, the guy setting the pins gets laid the night before.

When you hit a (dreamweaver: a shot on line the whole way so that you have to weave your head back and forth to see the flag because the ball is in the way) and mutter "You better swallow it; because I don't have time to clean up".

 

Hit a 10 foot putt 10 feet past the whole and check to make sure you still have all your fingers: "Damn thing went off in my hands"

 

Conversely; one of your buddies leaves a 6 footer short: "Must have got caught up in your skirt, does your husband also play?"

 

Less than ideal approach ending up in a friendly position off the green: "That's handy"

 

Horrendous tee shot: "Opportunity to make a great par"

 

The long putt in the jaws but just short: "Needed one more bite of breakfast"

A friend of mine trolls our group when he bombs a drive picture perfect: "Did anyone see where that went? I lost it!" Just so he can put on a $h|+ eating grin and listen to us describe the shot.
