So I have been looking for a 3 wood for the last couple of weeks and doing lots of testing and it finally came down to the Cobra LTD Black and F7 fairway wood. That's all nice and dandy till I see the promotion on Cobra clubs saying that if you buy any Cobra F7 driver you can get the F7 fairway wood for free..... blah blah blah. I'm having a love/hate relationship with my current F6+ driver but I just got it like 2 months ago. Welp I noticed that Cobra came out with a dual weight F7+ with a shorter shaft and gosh dang it I'm just gonna have to buy it. Now I'm here sitting in bed and can't sleep because I'm thinking about new clubs that I don't need. IMG_4787.PNG

I have the f7 3 wood and it may be my favourite club in the bag. Even when we sometimes don't get along!

Does cobra sell the weights separately? Would be a shame to go buy a whole new driver if they do sell the weights. Be interesting to see how the dual weight performs compared to the original.

Thanks for the links. Hopefully someone in the reviews is able to try the dual weight system.

I pulled the trigger with the driver and three wood, but I got the F7 instead of the plus. Ordered them with HRZDUS Yellow 6.5 65g cut down one inch. Now just ten business days....

I love my F6 at 44 inches . I have four strips of tape (stacked) about two inches long starting at the heel. Gawd that Dawg will hunt!

I'll feel a lot better if you buy it... I've done this too many times to count and I always give in.  BTW, love the Cobra F7 3w.  Swapped out the Callaway Fusion 3w for better distance, consistency, and so so easy to hit.  I hit a shot on a par 5 a week or so ago and the ranger was watching me.  After I hit it he said, are you a scratch golfer?  I just chuckled and said, no it's more like a 15 handicap.  He commented, "that was a heck of a shot".  Lie was bad, 220 from the green, and up hill.  Landed it just short of the green and I'm a very short hitter.  F7 3w is one of my favorite clubs in the bag.  Really changed my opinion of Cobra... to the point that I now carry a F7 5w and F7 3-4h.  Most everything else is Callaway.
