Put a roadmap at the top of the forum to allow easier navigation

Finding it hard to put into words what I mean, but maybe it would be easier to describe it in Windows terms. For instance, if you're in a folder that's nested three-levels deep, Windows explorer puts the breadcrumbs in the top of the Window to allow you to easily jump all the way back to the root if desired, or anywhere in between.

 

i.e. if you're deep inside of your user folder it would say at the top of the window:

 

This PC > C > Users > Documents > My Documents

 

The feature exists on the bottom of the page, could it also be on top? Makes it easier to get back to the root and through the rest of the forums.
