I may have a G30 LSTec in the mail right now with a tour stiff shaft coming to me... can't wait to have a go with it!

I didn't get much of a chance to look at it. I think it's the same finish as the i200 and iblade. Feedback I heard was better sound and it's very easy to get in the air.

I never got along with my MD3s for whatever reason. They felt very heavy to me. My old cobra trusty rusty tour always makes it back in. However I do have a 54,58 glide on the way to go along with my i irons which I'm very excited for.

Does anyone know if they are making a new crossover for this next launch?

Out of all of the OEMs I've had better luck with Ping drivers.

Anyone not anymore dang autocorrect. The reason I don't carry a 3 or 4 iron is my swing speed doesn't allow for a drastic difference in distance once I get past the 5 iron. I am thinking Mid to High ball flight.

I'm hitting my 5 about 190 honestly I can't honestly say because I didn't get a 3 and 4 with the I200 set I would like 205 with a 4 and 220 with a 3 ideally

You check out the G Hybrid? At 190 for a 5 iron, you might skip the 4 and go with a 3 iron.

 

I use a 2 hybrid and it fills the gap rather well from my 3 iron to my 3 wood. Could really replace the 3 wood if I wasn't a dummy.

Go with the i200. If you can get 190 on a 5 iron there is no reason you can't smack a 3 iron.

Agree!! The blog photos are far less "plasticy" looking. The rest of the stuff is spicy too. I like the dots on the driver.

I'm not a huge fan of the dragonfly on the drivers, I like simple. But, I do love the color combination. The black and copper are beautiful, and that copper shaft is the perfect addition.

The number of tweaks they made to the crossover is staggering - really interesting how they really tried to get get specific performance parameters out of it
