9th Annual Pebble Creek Golf Assn Buddy Trip 2017

This year we had 24 players(6 houses) playing the Kissimmee Bay Country Club for 4 days in June. Four rounds of Stableford Points one 9 hole 2 man Scramble and one 18 hole 4 man Scramble.

 

We got all the rounds in in spite of a couple rain delays. We also had a terrific group dinner at the club.

 

This year we chose to only play one course, Kissimmee Bay Country Club and when we arrived we found all of the Tees plowed under. The rains had kept them from being completed before we arrived so I negotiated a $5/day discount on the play rate which originally was $28/Day.

 

All enjoyed the trip even though some of us did not play well. I was -5, -4, -2 & -7 for my point days. My 4 man Scramble team did birdie four holes in a row with only my shots used on one of the par 5's for a birdie. My team came in 3rd.

 

Gotta find another place for next year even though everyone likes getting their own house and 4 days of golf for just $260.

That's a great deal for that many rounds. We have buddy trip starting tomorrow to the Myrtle Beach area for 4 rounds in 3 days. My wife had a similar trip on Mother's Day weekend for her kids free (we have a 4 and 10 year old) anti-mothers day weekend. Time for my anti-fathers day weekend. Can't wait!

What do you mean by "plowed under"?  Could you not tee off?

They were literally plowed under and were being re-leveled. We had to hit from temporary tees from all 18 holes.
