Casey Barnes from Charleston, SC

My current handicap sits at 20

I am currently using TaylorMade RAC TP forged irons.

I have been playing golf for a little over a year now and would love to test out the clubs on the course. I have heard good things about Mizuno and would be thrilled to end up with a set in my bag.

For me i feel the JPX 900 Hot metal irons would be best suited for me!

This is a dream come true opportunity!!

1. Kory; Hawaii

2. 12

3. Nike Vapor Pro Combo

4. Since a combo set isn't an option, I think the best fit for me would be the Tours so that I can grow into them as I continue to work on my journey to single digits within the next 12 months. The tours also match my current lofts, and I'm comfortable with the distances and don't necessarily want or need the added distance with the boron and slightly-jacked lofts.

edit: I just found out that the European site has a quick iron selector tool that does a quick fitting based on a few questions you answer. Might be helpful for anyone that was wondering what would best fit their game. Mine came back with mp-25 as my best balanced match, but also matched me with the JPX 900 tour to add more workability to my game, and the forged for more forgiveness.

Link below for anyone else who wants to try it:

Good luck everyone!

Anybody have knowledge or experience with buying equipment through DHGate?

Found these Honma, and (Mizuno) JPX 900 irons, but am thinking might be forgery.

What say you?  Legit or Bogus?

Mizuno continue to impress with a stunning looking new Iron. These Irons really stand out from the crowd and with them being in the hand of the US open winner its definitely the start to the launch they would have wanted.

I'm going to be keen to get my hands on a set of these to replace my JPX850 irons.

I've applied to test them to see if they can help reduce my handicap from 5. Here's hoping!! failing that I've already started saving up.

Straight away the sleek looking Iron grabs your attention and with Mizuno always producing quality in the iron department I'm hoping they play as good good as they look.

      Mizuno bolsters its professional roster
Mizuno Continues Momentum, Locks In Game's Top Talent

Norcross, Ga. (April 12, 2017) â€“ Fueling its strong start in 2017, Mizuno is coming off a successful weekend at golf's first major championship. Mizuno had nine players – including a pair of former champions – put their clubs in play last week in Augusta.

“We pride ourselves in making the best equipment in the world for dedicated athletes who push themselves to pursue better,” said Ryan Ellis, golf brand manager for Mizuno USA. “In this rapidly changing and opportunistic marketplace, we purposefully chose to expand our Tour presence with players that align to our brand values, in an effort to continue to drive our brand and business forward.”

Of those who have put Mizuno in play, five new golfers have agreed to become brand ambassadors. PGA TOUR players Jhonattan Vegas, Nick Watney and Lucas Glover join rising Web.com Tour stars Keith Mitchell and Seth Fair as the newest members of the Mizuno family. They join Luke Donald, Chris Wood, Adam Schenk and Stacey Lewis in giving Team Mizuno a formidable lineup.

Vegas, a native of Venezuela, has tallied five professional victories, including two on the PGA TOUR. Last year, he won the RBC Canadian Open to cement his status on the PGA TOUR for 2017, where he has compiled five Top 20 finishes this season.

Watney, a native of Sacramento, Calif., has 10 professional wins, including five on the PGA TOUR punctuated by the 2011 World Golf Championships-Cadillac Championship. Since putting Mizuno in the bag, Watney has pieced together an impressive run. He's compiled consecutive Top 15 finishes at the Honda Classic and Valspar Championship.

Glover, who earned All-American honors at Clemson University, is a four-time winner on the PGA TOUR, including the 2009 U.S. Open. A native of Greenville, S.C., Glover has fought his way back onto the PGA TOUR with a strong finish to close out 2016. He recently earned a Top Five finish at the Arnold Palmer Invitational to keep his solid play going.

Mitchell, a former All-American at the University of Georgia, has emerged as one of the top young players on tour. Through March 19, he ranks in the Top 25 on the Web.com Tour money list. Mitchell made his PGA TOUR debut at the Valspar Championship where he finished T11 with a six-under 278.

Fair, a native of Indianapolis, has recently transitioned to full-time play on the Web.com Tour. In 2016, he competed on the Latin America Tour, finishing in the Top 10 on the tour's money list thanks to five Top 10 finishes and eight Top 25 finishes overall.

      Mizuno, Braves announce long-term partnership
Mizuno to open first Brand Experience Center in U.S. at The Battery Atlanta

ATLANTA – (Sept. 21, 2016) – At a celebration at Turner Field, Mizuno and the Atlanta Braves announced a long-term partnership that will include the opening of a one-of-a-kind Mizuno Experience Center in The Battery Atlanta. The agreement makes Mizuno the Official Baseball Gear Partner of the Atlanta Braves, reaching beyond on-the-field engagement opportunities with the team and spreading into fan activities and community investments throughout Atlanta and the Southeast.

As the Official Baseball Gear Partner of the Atlanta Braves, Mizuno also will be pioneering multiple first-of-its-kind baseball glove kiosks inside SunTrust Park where fans can check out Mizuno baseball gloves to catch foul balls during the game. Fans will be able to return the gloves at no cost or purchase them at the end of the game.

“Mizuno has long been the model for innovation and excellence, both in its approach to its craft and in equipment the company produces,” said Derek Schiller, Atlanta Braves president, business. “As we prepare to open a new chapter at SunTrust Park and The Battery Atlanta, we were looking to build and grow partnerships with companies that shared our vision and values. Mizuno's commitment to success matches our own, and we're excited for how this partnership will enhance the fan experience beginning in 2017.”

The Mizuno Experience Center will be an immersive, fan-focused environment that will enable visitors to test a variety of Mizuno performance technologies, such as Mizuno Golf's Performance Fitting System and the Bat Interactive Optimization System (BIOS) for bat fitting along with showcasing its premium gear across baseball, golf, running, softball, volleyball and more.

“The Atlanta Braves are one of the most iconic franchises in professional sports and this opportunity will enable us to showcase our passion and our values to fans across Braves Country,” said Bob Puccini, Mizuno USA president. “While Mizuno's Japanese heritage goes back 110 years, we are proud to call Atlanta home to our U.S. operations for more than 30 years. This partnership will give us the opportunity to continue to invest in and support the various causes and events that make this city such a great place while also solidifying Mizuno as the premium performance sports brand based in Atlanta.”

In addition to the glove kiosks, Mizuno also will have a significant presence throughout SunTrust Park and The Battery Atlanta, including:

      ·         Promotional signage and branding located around SunTrust Park
      ·         Mizuno baseball and softball equipment used in the Kid's Zone and other fan interactive features
      ·         A presenting sponsorship for three of the Braves annual Youth Baseball Tournaments
      ·         A presenting sponsorship for the She Can Play softball clinic, Play Baseball clinic and the Major League Baseball Players Association baseball clinic
      ·         Opportunity to showcase the brand's heritage, craftsmanship, innovation and technology shaping the gear, from master craftsman visits, PGA Tour truck appearances, and advanced exclusives of the latest gear.

Mizuno's engagement will not be limited to baseball, as it will fully integrate its golf and running sub-brands into several Braves events. For instance, Mizuno will be the participating sponsor of the annual Braves Country 5K and Braves Foundation Golf Classic.

“Through this partnership we have the ability to showcase the entire breadth and depth of Mizuno – our heritage, craftsmanship, innovation and technology behind our gear, while also becoming an integral part of the fan experience. This is a long-term commitment that further embeds Mizuno into the Atlanta community, and we are excited about the many new opportunities to come as a result,” said Puccini.
