We should learn from Arnie!

I've been doing a lot of reading about Mr. Palmer, I am actually employing a few of his moves soon to my swing. Mostly his set up. But there are few articles I wanted to share.

Please share them with all the new players you meet, young guns, and kids. Preserving the game is very important and his take on things still rings true.

Enjoy!

These were great reads thanks. I took my daughter to the library yesterday and saw a book of short stories about Arnie on display. I picked it up to check it out but couldn't stop crying so I put it back. Maybe sometime later.

It's tough when the greats leave us behind. I'm yet to read my grandfathers journal I have from WWII...

I got to meet Mr. Palmer twice, he always took the time to stop and chat....incredibly classy man. We can all learn a lot from him, about golf and life.

Great read, thanks for sharing.

I remember in jr high, I did a book report on him.

Can't remember what grade I got, but I still remember doing the report.

Class act- a true gentleman who respected the game, taught us all more by his behavior on and off the course, and gave back more than he ever got (and he got a great deal) from the game.  Thank you Arnie!
