BDubya23
I've been in the market for a new bag for a few months now, as I've been using the same ole Callaway stand bag for years and years it feels like. I would say I walk and ride about 50/50, but would not mind a cart bag, as I think I would be able to get a pushcart for cheap from a friend. I've looked at the Ping Pioneer, Ogio Silencer, Hoofer, you name it. I just can't decide. What are you guys using and what do you like about it? Canucklehead
I have the Sun Mountain C-130 from probably 5 years ago. I really like it. Lots of space (I think half the pockets are empty). Large putter well, insulated pocket, and a little range finder pocket that has room for more than just my GPS (I keep my range card, and a couple other things in the pocket) are some of the things I like about it Sent from my E6853 using MyGolfSpy mobile app

yungkory
I have a Hoofer 14. I've just been a Ping fanboy my whole life, and my old hoofer stand was worn out, so I replaced it after reading the 2017 stand bag reviews the other week. I don't know if I'll buy another 14-way unless it has full-length dividers. I thought it was going to solve the whole grips snagging on each other stuff, but it doesn't. Not as much of an issue when the bag is in the cart, but when it's on the stand, it's hard to get them out/in. I love the pockets, though, and the straps are super comfortable. chershey
I bought a Projekt Kozmak golf bag shortly after MGS put out their 2016 Most Wanted Stand Bags and have had very few complaints. It's held up well and still looks great. I had a few issues with the legs right after I got it but their customer service was great and they replaced the entire bag with the newer version that had better legs. It's been a great bag for switching between the cart and occasionaly walking. I'm not a huge fan of 14 way divider bags because clubs bunch up too much with them. Reesedw
I have a Ping Traverse. Love the bag, light enough to carry but still works well on a cart.. the only complaint I have is the Cooler pocket is about the other 2 pockets on the front. So if I put ice in it the water will drain down onto the other pockets.. I do not do that too often but something to be aware of if you do prefer iced beverages.... TWar
Hmmmm good timing on this thread for me. I have been mildly looking for another bag. Currently use the larger titleist stand bag. It's a fine bag. Really got for the color scheme. I find though It is pretty heavy when walking. So looking for a lighter stand bag. Heard great things about the Hoofer, and after this thread need to look into the SM line up. Also I tend to put something in a pocket just to put something in. Which will weigh down the bag! I can't help myself!! Will be watching and following suggestions. Thanks all. StrokerAce
I use an Ogio Pisa... I almost always walk with a pull/push cart because (a) I'm cheap and ( I like the exercise and the fact you can go straight to your ball (damn cart path only rule!) I've had this for a few years and it's pretty good; got it on clearance at GolfSmith before they went belly up. I'll be honest with you though... the setup of the dividers isn't my favorite. The middle is where your longer shafted clubs go but with the headcovers it makes it a real PITA.... I do like the color though! If I had a choice I'd go with that Bennington bag.... love the top part where this no chatter. That is awesome. gaussman1
I got a Callaway stand bag at the end of last year on clearance from my pro shop.
