4567jhl
I was looking to get a set of Bridgestone j15 DF irons. Does any one have insight in them.
null
Good amount if forgiveness for their thin top line and minimal offset. Forged, but definitely feel different (more hollow and clangy) than other forged clubs.

Philly Golf Guy
Jlukes is right. They're more forgiving than they look but don't have the typical Bstone soft feel that even the DPF's had despite being offered the same year. The head is on the smaller side WIT Sta Dry Bag: Driver: '17 M2 Woods: M2 3W and 5W Hybrids: Apex 3h and 5h Irons: MP 18 MMC Wedges: MD PM Grind, 56* and 60* Putter: California Sonoma

These are in line with Srixon 745, Titleist AP2, and Callaway Apex Pro irons.

null
Would you say that the DPF are a better purchase, considering that I love the forged feel?Hard to say. Dfs look cleaner and are a bit smaller than the dpfs Personally, after trying the dfs I ended up going with the Srixon 745s. Philly Golf Guy
Would you say that the DPF are a better purchase, considering that I love the forged feel? Yes. If you liked the well known BStone soft Forged feel, I'd go with the DPF's. They're also more forgiving than the DF's. Fireinthehole
I used them they were pretty good, wouldn't call them clangy but that soft feel from a hollow club like a Scotty Cameron hollow soft. Not as good feel as the j15 cbs. Club head was smaller than I was expecting- which I liked and Turf interaction was great. Fireinthehole
Would you say they feel more like a cast club? Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy No i would say it feels like a hybrid but maybe a little more hollow much like the Mizuno mp h4 or h5. And like those irons you get a little more distance vs cbs Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy My Mixed-Bag: Driver: Mavrik Sub zero, ventus black 7x Fairway: Still looking!
