Ultra Game Improvement Irons

Every time I pick one of these up at a trade show or a demo day I hit them incredible. And I'm talking about a giant headed, offset, graphite shafted monstrosity of a golf club that I'll hit for fun with shafts half the weight and minus 3 flexes. I'm a blades+ x100 as far as fitting goes. But with those game improvement, graphite 55g stock regular flexes I'll hit a full bucket of towering, dead straight 7 irons that would make Dustin Johnson's jaw drop. ....But then....I order a set and shoot 5 billion with them. I don't get it!

It's obvious… The clubs at the trade show have a magic spell!

LOL. I call this the buyers curse. You know when you demo a new clubs and it just fits everything you wanted. Then you buys yours, take it out for a round and the first shot is the exact same as your old club.

I once had a friend loan me his irons for a tournament and played very well. The next day I bought them from him and played in the second day of the tournament...shot 7 stroke worse. Sometimes you just can't win.
