You guys hear about the Latinoamèrica Tour player who had his sticks get lost en route to Open Championship qualifying, after getting them lost on his way to US Open qualifying? Thoughts?

It's crazy! I'm headed to Scotland the week after the Open, and it has me thinking about it. Through our package, we get a reduced rate with Luggage Forward. We save about 10% compared to ShipSticks. Anyone used or familiar with Luggage Forward? Seems to be legit, but I'm not as worried about getting the clubs there as I am about everything else I'm going to cram in the travel bag!

Maybe someone can educate me here, if he's on tour why not work over to his sponsors truck and have his clubs built? At least until his clubs get in??

He was going to a sectional qualifier so there are no tour trucks. I would figure his sponsor could build him clubs and ship them overnight if there was time.

Damn. As if trying to make it on tour wasn't hard enough. That would make a great movie if he borrowed some local's clubs and won the tournament then they became lifelong friends
