Since then I visit it daily, So I thought it was about time I stopped lurking and made an account. I live in Northern Ireland and have played golf since I was about 13 years old. Back then I never really appreciated it or took it serious so I gave it up 3 years later. Fast forward to 6 years into the future and I started to play again with friends. This time I got really bitten by the golfing bug and haven't looked back since. I'm 29 now and play at least twice a week as a member of my local club. I'm 17 handicap and love playing Saturday competitions. I do have a competitive side but for me golf is about playing with friends or playing with new people. I enjoy seeing someone shoot a good round even if I am playing like a turd that has grown arms and legs and has somehow gripped a golf club.
