I got a surprise package in the mail from Titleist today. The letter inside said thank you for being a valued member of Team Titleist, please accept this limited edition Player's Collection Ball Marker as our sincere thank you.

Yeah I got one of those. I feel bad because I don't have a single Titleist club or a bag. I didn't realize the free ball marker was for people who purchased a bag when I filled out the form.

I didn't know at the time, but if you bought one of their player's collection bags, you could fill out a form and they'd send you one. I just filled it out thinking, "hey cool, a free marker" and they sent me one without having purchased a bag. Maybe I'll go buy a box of v1x to make me feel a little less scummy lol.

I didn't know at the time, but if you bought one of their player's collection bags, you could fill out a form and they'd send you one. I just filled it out thinking, "hey cool, a free marker" and they sent me one without having purchased a bag. Maybe I'll go buy a box of v1x to make me feel a little less scummy lol.

That's really their own fault for not filtering their applicants properly. I'm sure they've got plenty of ball markers to go around anyway.

Oh gotacha, I thought it was one of the things they randomly send out to Team Titleist members who are both active on their forum and have Titleist clubs in their signature.   Either way, it's a pretty cool marker.

 

At the Team Titleist invitational last year we got a whole nap sack of swag, in addition the shirts and balls, which were cool enough there were several things like brass ball markers and such that you can't buy anywhere. 

 

This bag tag was one also and it's pretty cool
