Broby
I've been looking for some new wedges as mine are getting old. I've been playing with just a 54 degree and a 60 degree. Shankster
Mizuno T7's really have my attention right now. The 45-55 have a straighter leading edge, and the 56-62 are only slightly rounded. Plus, they are forged, come in 2 colors, and feature Boron... but they offer every loft from 45-62, that's a bunch. They just started selling direct to consumer for $95 each which is a good deal for these clubs: IMG_2145.JPG Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy These are awesome, very versatile. A lot depends upon what you had. Also there is nothing wrong with 54,60. Sometimes better players prefer a little larger gap between there last two wedges. It encourages creativity. It just depends upon your game and your wedge before the 54. Good luck - by the time this thread is done you are going to have a recommendation for every wedge on the market. PMookie
I have never had wedges that are better than my Edels. The relief and resultant versatility are unmatched. Weekend_Warrior
I play Clevelands RTX 2.0 50* and RTX 3.0 54* & 58*. I demoed the Vokey SM6s as well. I didn't see a big difference between the two, but I've played Clevelands for a long time so went with them. They are good wedges. Look and feel is really good and they produce a lot of spin when needed. Just go demo some different brands and find something where the look and feel gives you confidence. They just started selling direct to consumer for $95 each which is a good deal for these clubs:IMG_2145.JPG I second the Hogan comment. The V-Sole technology basically means there are two separate grinds on the bounce, allowing you to use each club as a normal wedge, square to the target, etc, or open the face for a "Mickelson like" flop shot. I used to try that with my TM RAC wedges and I would get a lump of lettuce and a short, fat miss. cant go wrong at 95/club- What's in the bag? Nunfa0
Just ordered Vokey SM6 wedges, a 50°, a 56° bent to 55° and a 60°. That gives me the perfect gapping from my wedges.
