Just guessing here, but I'd bet that it does adjust for ESC.  I do know that when entering scores hole-by-hole in GHIN, ESC adjustment is done automatically.  Since Grint claims to offer authorized USGA Handicap service, they'd have to follow all of the same rules.  Now if you're only entering a total score, you'd have to do the ESC adjustment on your own, but that's exactly the same as at GHIN too.

I just read an article that said he used to be able to break 80.
