OK so this is a double edged sword. Without the trending tab, I feel much more plugged into the action. Plus, when I check the app after being gone for a couple hours, it feels like there's tons of new content I explore.

Strange little bug.

 

INSTRCUTIONS TO FIX: 

 

Click on App's menu (3 bars in upper right). then "Customize Tabs". You will probably see a check on the Trending tab.  Uncheck it then re-check it.  

 

Voila!  Now close the app and re-open.

 

Should fix it ;)
