Had some writers block with my work menu. I’m normally very ambitious and go overboard with work meals. Last night was not one of those menus. Chicken parm meatballs with Utica Riggie sauce for sketts.

Utica, NY is famous for Chicken Riggies, rigatoni pasta with chicken. What makes it great is the sauce; It’s more of a creamy red sauce with some spice. Not too acidic for the elders who easily get the agita (Italian for heartburn, also acceptable is “the ajjjj”)

Good to know, I love the west coast.  I have family in Alameda, Napa and my brother just moved back east from Oakland.

There's a couple more CNY guys here most notably @Berg Rymanif you weren't aware.  I'm a LeMoyne grad living in Rochester, if we can ever organize a round in the Cuse we'll send it out.

All depended on the CS’s too. We had some awsome ones (Philippino mafia) awsome food. I wouldn’t call everyone that was a CS a culinary specialist though 😜

My parents and one of my sisters are in Sacramento. My other sister and son are in Southern California. 

I discovered @Berg Ryman through his exceptional putter post. 

I’m also a grad from a Jesuit school, Regis University in Denver.

A round would be great if you don’t mind playing with a hacker 🤪.

#grillingszn started tonight. Just some simple chicken to be used for meals this week.

Marinade is olive oil, lemon juice, granulated garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Had some tonight with linguini Alfredo and green beans.

I don't have pics but I also grilled last night. Lashed out and bought some ribeyes. I seasoned them with Q Salt and fired them over charcoal. We also had baked potatoes and a wild and brown rice mix.
