It’s been a hot minute since I’ve had a canker sore so I decided to make a Greek salad with Israeli feta. Meow.

The air fryer my ex girlfriend bought me when we were dating is pretty bada$$ it has a rotisserie so I put some chicken strips on it for a salad for dinner tonight

 

edit- Buffalo chicken salad with this chicken was amazing

Grilled swordfish, cilantro lime rice, and sautéed zucchini. Most excellent. The beer is Liquid Crush from Liquid State Brewing in Ithaca, NY.

We were sposta do a clambake this weekend. My wife suggested I call ahead, I didn’t. 
 

No way they’ll run out.

So we had Lobsters instead.

I made four pounds of chili today.

Based on past precedent, at least two pounds will be tossed.

I'm not great at chili, so I better make plenty of rice.

Sure it is. Tuna steaks, tuna melts, etc. The casserole uses tri-color pasta, carrots, peas. mayo, garlic and topped with loads of cheddar cheese. Yum!

Cooked some sweet Italian sausage on the grill and my friend made fresh scallop potatoes to go with it… it was a nice meal with friends two nights in a row. Sorry no picture @Kenny B

Full disclosure…I can do a warm can of tuna on a tuna melt…I won’t seek it but I will eat it if its in front of me.

Where I draw the hard line of cavernous depths is mixing tuna with hot egg noodles.
