Parsnips are a cousin to the carrot and are a little less sweet and have more of an earthy flavor. Peel them and cut them into match sticks. In a large bowl mix them with 2 TBS of coconut oil, 1 TBS of smoked paprika and a flakey salt, I use smoked sea salt, but any flakey salt will do. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and lay the fries out so they are not touching. Bake for 25 minutes at 400*, then turn on the broiler and cook until the thin ends start to blacken. #Flavortown MattF, tommc23, GolfSpy BOS and 2 others 4 1 Quote Driver: Speed Zone 9* HZRDUS Smoke Yellow Shaft 3 Wood: King Speedzone 13.5* HZRDUS Smoke Black Shaft 2 & 3 Hybrids: Speedzone Recoil 480 ESX Shaft Irons: Speedzone 5-GW Recoil 460 ESX Shafts Wedges: PM Grind 54* & 58* Putter: Dual Force Rossi II Ball: Whatever I find in the woods HCP:
