In order was Kettle chicken thighs, bacon wrapped smoked peaches, beef tenderloin, walleye, smoked creamed corn, the tenderloin again, bacon wrapped pork tenderloin and ribs. Finish in the reduction and add some pepper or pecorino Romano. And for breakgast...I found a small coffee shop yesterday that makes a bagel sandwich with bacon egg and cheese. Sounds simple enough. They add ketchup. Holy cow...I don't know how or why but it hit just right. I made one this morning subbed with Taylor ham. After morning golf I go with the Bacon Boyz for breakfast.One particular Deli has that egg sandwich, Everything Bagel, egg anyway you want, bacon, sausage or ham, any type cheese. She had to come up with something on the fly, as she was planning something with potatoes and discovered we didn't have any. I've got to give it to her, this recipe was a winner. Side was a classic broccoli au gratin, but I substituted crumbled Ritz crackers for bland bread crumbs which gave it a buttery crunch.
