Made sweet chili chicken over rice tonight for dinner. I used a prepared sauce called G. Hughes Sugar Free Sweet Chili sauce. It’s got a really good natural sweet flavor followed by some pretty good heat (but I don’t do really spicy stuff haha). Turned out great!

Haven’t seen much for breakfast on here so I thought I’d throw some on today! Not everyone’s cup of tea, but some avocado toast with an over easy egg, cheese and bacon. Side of fried potatoes (I take tator tots and heat them in a frying pan then smash them)

Yum!! I agree more bacon but I like the tots in the pan idea.  I’m gunna do that tomorrow morning!

It’s a game changer for potatoes for breakfast! Usually start them on medium high heat until they soften a bit then mash em up and turn it down to medium low and let them crisp up a bit. We tried it one day years ago and I’ve never gone back

Sesame seed oil, brown sugar, veggie broth and soy sauce. Came out really good and didn’t feel like I ate a gallon of grease

6 racks of ribs at the 3 hour mark smoking with some Kiawe wood and cherry. Spritz it with ACV when I took this pic, and will do it every half hour or so until I pull them around 4-5 hours, depending when they start to pull back some more.
