Made our first Swiss Raclette last night and was awesome. Added a little of our own flavor by having chicken as a side. Was so good and just a great Saturday evening dinner!

Photo taken from online because we didn't make any. But essentially melted cheese on top of potatoes, bacon and veggies or whatever you like. The Raclette Grill fried stuff on the top and melts the cheese in the little pans.

Leftovers from work last night became dinner tonight. 
 

We ate breakfast and didn’t return to quarters until 7pm. At that point I said ok, five guys it is. Coincidentally we were there that day for a broken sprinkler head. They were happy to see us again!

So it’s chicken thigh tacos with pico, cilantro rice and some beans.

Yeah…that was the name of the game yesterday…all said I think it was 9 throughout the entire district…water always wins.

You know it first hand quite well.  The good news is I got to come home and run the snowblower 2x already.  Maybe one more clean pass tomorrow if I’m lucky.

We were given a turkey around thanksgiving as a gift by someone so I decided to cook the bad Larry up, but how you ask???? I made some delicious stock out of it tonight let it go nearly 4 hours and tomorrow that sucker is getting turned into turkey noodle soup for dinner with the guys at work! My house smells amazing thanks to the stock.

Made Mahi-Mahi fish tacos last night and used a marinade I found online. They turned-out great!!! Nothing better than when everyone goes back for seconds, and then asks if we have leftovers today!!!
