Looking for information on the "Better Billy Bunker" system

I am looking for any information that anyone has regarding the Better Billy Bunker System.  Our club is considering alternatives for bunker replacement and I believe that this system is the most effective and efficient system currently existing.

That said, I need to gather additional information about the Better Billy Bunker System.  The questions I am looking for more information involve: initial costs of the bunkers; time to complete a bunker; labor required; additional costs over time if any; labor and material savings from less maintenance after storms; cost savings from less sand replacement required; etc.

I have taken some photos from a nearby course (the Lakes course, Fairfax County VA) currently undergoing the renovation and have posted some photos that the course is using to describe the renovation.  I will also be speaking with the course superintendent supervising the course currently undergoing this renovation.  The Oaks course at the same complex underwent the same renovation in 2014, with spectacular results.  I played the Oaks this morning and all bunkers were in excellent shape despite extremely heavy rain last night and no maintenance this morning.  All bunkers were playable, white sand, no erosion and in great condition.  There was no need for more sand in any of the bunkers.

Interestingly, there is a photo I took today of the bunker in front of 18th hole of the Lakes, which is one of the highest spots on either course, and it was still half full of water as we finished at noon today.
