Got my haul today! For those curious, I won forum member for weeks 1 and 3.

 

 

 

Got this sweet hat for (I assume) week 1.

These are definitely going to the top of my polo rotation. The colors are great for winter too. I thought these little accent marks were a nice touch.

Nice looking gear !  Hope that I get something soon...

 

I agree that it was a lot of fun to participate in.

It was also unique in which you had an apparel company (Puma) and golf company (Cobra) that were able to offer rewards, etc.  I'm not sure how many other golf companies also sell apparel.  Is Footjoy still a part of Titleist?  TM/Adidas has separated.  I think Callaway makes shirts/hats.

 

I think one nice change would have been to have a poll at the end of the week in which the members could vote on who they thought should be the winner as a well as a final poll for the overall winner.  That might have added even more interaction and could have also resulted in more social media traffic as well.  Of course this would only be a part of the final decision made by the MGS staff.

 

Like everyone else has mentioned - I hope to see more of these going forward!  A nice change to the regular review process.
