Like new played two rounds with it, i got the two ball to and that sets up better for me, my loss your fault, no funds or scratches on the topline , Which is something that bugs me lol, still had the shaft sticker on it, i did add 20 grams of tungsten weight to the weights underneath so I'm weighs 370 nit 350 but it can remove it if you like i like it heavier

Price dropped $170 with the 20 grams i added to it or $165 without free shipping conus comes with headcover40ec06f1919508b818c1a3b09b60910e.jpg3f09ae64802e0496ee6377405dc9f6b6.jpg290e6bd7d82be1688d896592b10833f1.jpgaf3a86475cf539822cae330b9f98476f.jpg

  • 2 weeks later...

Had I actually seen this I would have.  I just bought one from PGA SS over the weekend.  Not sure how I missed it!

Fantastic putter though and a great price.  Someone needs to snap this up.

Can this be done with everyday items or are special tools required? I was thinking of adding an inch to mine and that would come to roughly $15 @ Dick's. But that would be ideal if I could get one that's the right length AND black.

Depends. Do you have the ability to remove the putter grip without destroying it? Does Dick's? A shaft extension plug runs $2-3 dollars ( eBay) plus you need to epoxy/glue it in, cut it down to desired length, and reinstall the grip.

I've removed several putter grips without damage, bit it took a syringe with needle, acetone and shaft Gripper for a vice.

Yup, this.

I wasn't saving the grip so that makes it easier.  I use a torch to remove the old shaft and epoxy to install the new one.  Then I have a chop saw for cutting to length but any saw that can cut metal would work.  Then it just depends how you install grips.  I use an air compressor so I just blew it on.  Otherwise you would need grip tape and solvent to install the the new grip.

I have the ability but not the tools. I used to do all of my own grips but haven't done that since I ran out of supplies but would like to get back into doing my own club work. This would be a nice try to jump into other clubmaking too.

Can you recommend a needle? Then where would the insertion points be?
