I must say I'm impressed. I thought the ferrule on my x2Hot Pro 3 wood was coming unglued. My club pro thought maybe the shaft was cracked under the ferrule. He emailed his inside rep at Callaway and they said "don't worry about it, just get his specs and we will send out a new XR 16 Pro." It was in 4 days later. Well done Callaway! This is a great reason to buy from your club or at a retailer instead of from an online auction house. They have a real relationship with people on the other end.

I second the buy from a local retailer! My Ping driver snapped and the local place I bought it not only had a spare shaft to borrow but called their Ping rep and got me a new shaft in a few days.

 

Had issues with clubs purchased at a big box retail sports store, had to fight with them an Taylormade to get the problem fixed, neither wanted to deal with it.

They replaced my staff bag without any problems.

Callaway is top notch.  Replaced my DBD 816 with and Epic SZ no questions asked after the DBD cracked.  Sean Toulon personally answered my email on the glare issue I had with the Indy and bead blasted the top line to reduce glare at no cost to me.  This was just his year for me, my Callaway love goes back to the mid 90s.  Never had a bad experience with their customer service.
